Wish I could give you a zero. The older gentleman with facial hair, is rude for someone that represents your company he needs to learn to be a little friendly to your customers.

This company is incredibly unprofessional and seem to operate without any type of guidelines or standards. I live in a trailer park and they have been working on the road and bridge directly outside of the park. For multiple days they closed both entrances/exits, and when I called the company to ask if it was their policy to deny us entry to our home all day, for multiple days, they told me it was and I could find somewhere to park and walk however many blocks home every day.
