I purchased an after market part thru Honda and s&s installed it. I keep trying to get ahold of the service department , I have been given the run around as well as been hung up on. this is poor customer service to say the least. if I had a choice I would use best buy next time. I have to live with my decision, others do not. learn from this. FYI, no one has been rude when I am able to speak with a person. just absolutely no help!!!!!!!
Me and my fiance was 3 hours waiting for them to reapply the protector then they brought the car back and claimed it was dirty the only thing dirty was trunk which is not what it came in for .it came in for seats reapply
