I will always go here! Mark is the nicest, fairest man who I ever met in a local business! He took many extra steps for me to get me what I wanted in a couch and chair! Things still didn't go right and he still is making up for it for me! I won't go anywhere else! Besides Mark everyone down there is friendly! Incredible service! I’ve bought dishwashers, a washing machine, dryer, and several freezers from S&S - they are THE NICEST PEOPLE in the store and during delivery. SIMPLY THE BEST!!!
About a month ago my 20 year old microwave that was part of a built-in oven/microwave unit died. Upon contacting S & S we learned that manufacturer was no longer making that model. The trick then was to find a new microwave that would fit in the opening that was already there. Sounds easy enough, but it sure wasn't. But Marc Jr. from S & S, along w/ John, kept working at it until they finally found a unit that would fit, with minor adjustments. I always say keep it local!! I just purchased a new dishwasher and from start to finish the whole staff was nothing but friendly and helpful. John came to install it today and he was very polite and careful of anything he handled, told me how to run my new one. He was very pleasant to talk with. I want to thank everyone, I can't wait to have some dirty dishes, sincerely Sue Britt
Very helpful and knowledgeable about all their products. Even though they had a packed schedule they got us on it on the day that worked best for us. The technicians were great and explained everything to my wife once the dishwasher was installed. The technician even answered additional questions my wife had. Prices are reasonable and it is always best to keep the purchase in the local community.
Went there today had to buy a new fridge.. Sadly ours died last night. They were amazing and sent us home with a loaner fridge until Wed when our new 1 will be delivered �
They did not have what I wanted in the store but found exactly what I wanted and got it to me 4 days later can't ask for better service then that 3 ��� up
