This guy Eduardo makes promises and then disappears on you. He’s not a thief, but he’s not reliable either. He wastes your time waiting, as weeks and months go by, and then you find out he never even ordered anything. You give him two more chances because he’s nice... Eventually he stops answering your phone calls or text messages unless you call him from another number. It seems like he hates his own business and wants to turn off his customers.
Horrible customer service. Trying to get follow up from them impossible. I would literally recommend any other seller over them.
What a terrible place, I brought in my small chairs [a commercial job] and requested a quote and completion date. i was told 7-10 days for 6 small chairs and i supplied the fabric. The price i was quoted was fair but the rest was nonsense. I paid my deposit and the first 2 chairs arrived back after 3 weeks done incorrectly. I was assured the next two would be done promptly and that the first two would be re-done. After 6 weeks of listening to, your chairs are in production and why do you keep calling !!!?
