I had a tooth extracted and even in this, the care from Dr. Rangrass and her staff was superb. They made a terrible experience endurable and even made me smile (a little!)

The hygienist that worked on me was fabulous, I believe her name was Niki? And as ALWAYS, Diane is fabulous with working with me for appointments and her professionalism.
We visited Dental Care Kalamazoo on October 4. We are new patients with the practice. We felt very welcomed and taken care of there, and are excited to continue as patients.

I was so nervous about this procedure, but I was welcomed to the office by name and was not left alone for a minute, which truly helped. The extraction went quickly and I was on my way in less than an hour.
I’m always very anxious when seeing a dentist in the past. I had very bad experiences as a kid growing up. I went into the armed forces and there you saw the dentist on your birthday. Even though I am nervous, it doesn’t compare like anything to my past. Everyone is kind, friendly and compassionate. Thanks to Dr Rangrass and staff. I’m much more at ease these days
