They didn't listen when they were told I wanted the flower beds weeded. Edged and left the grass and weeds in them!?!?!?!? Very little work for the money.
We found s & r to be good at mowing the lawn. But if you need true yard care you may be disappointed. They do not follow directions and don't know how to rotate their work to keep up with growth. They will not take care of shrubbery like trimming. Even though they claim to. There is a disconnect between the owner and the crew who do the work. He says he will do things they never do. Never had work done but I met them and the owner was very aggressive and cussed at me.
Family member had work done and they couldn’t complete there job they were rude and aggravated & aggressive. There manager Scott tells costumers that their men can complete the task at hand and yet the employees (the very few that they have) only have 30 mins to complete each costumers house no matter the size of the job! Beware of this company and it’s tricks!
