Last night I had to get my first tow in years, as stressed out as I was the first company I called was s&w towing and the immediately answered. The owner Alan came out in less than 30 minutes and reassured me that everything would be alright. Alan and the S&W towing family are God sent and I will forever call them in my time of need. Thank you once again!

The woman who answers the phone gives the worst customer service in ALL America. Used another company WITH customer care.
I've never wrote a review before, but I felt as though I had to for this company. The lady who answers the phone is just awful to deal with, as I see in previous reviews, I'm not the only one who has had this issue. She is disrespectful, and just plain mean. My suggestion would be to stay as far away from this company as you can. There are tons of other tow companies that you can choose from.
