Melody Baker led a wonderful class to learn to use a walking foot. The final project was really nice and the skills taught were so helpful. I would never have figured all this out on my own! I am eager for more of her classes!

Attended a walking foot class today taught by Melody Baker. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Melody was very informative and patient! She made the experience fun and educational. Love my little hexi potholder! I now have the confidence to conquer this at home on my own. Great experience..loved it!! Thanks, Mel!

I have taken a few classes with Melody Baker as the instructor at S&R. Every class has been a great learning experience. I highly recommend their classes, and if Melody is teaching, you're going to learn a lot with the explanations being very easy to understand. She's patient, and she always helps anyone who's having trouble with their sewing machine settings. I will definitely be taking more classes in the future, especially her foot-of-the-month classes. I was having problems with my sewing machine and vacuum. Melody was able to fix both in a short period of time and explained what I needed to do to avoid these problems in the future. Very friendly and caring. I will definitely continue to use them in the future.
