Nice and friendly.
My Kenmore sewing machine, purchased in the early 1960s and guaranteed for 30 years, malfunctioned a few months ago with parts falling off. Happened to notice S&R as I drove by a month or so ago and finally got my heavy but portable machine in a case loaded to take it there. My realistic expectation was that someone might open the case in the back of my SUV and say it was too old to even try to repair. What a great store! Randi, Kristie, and Kathy were so friendly and helpful! They have so much knowledge and are very willing to help, even with my basic questions. I will definitely be coming back here!
I give them no stars. I took my vacuum cleaner in for repair and it was there three months before they called and told us the part was no longer available. We picked it up today and brought it home. Looked the part up on the internet and ordered the part to repair ourselves.
Extremely helpful & informative staff! I enjoyed my experience & will be back for sewing lessons!
