Phenomenal. I had issues with my AC unit breaking down. Turns out the previous owner allowed their animal to urinate on the unit. Well after calling, S&R was out the next day replacing it. These guys came in and were respectful, easy to talk to, and gave me a great deal. The other part I love about this company is that they will be out on the hottest of days and coldest. They are rain or shine and have shown what some other businesses lack nowadays. Empathy and compassion. I will never go to another Appliance repair company!... read more
