Family owned and operated Heating & Air Conditioning Company in the Newmarket area since 1981. We have been a Carrier dealer Since 1983 and install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, humidifiers, air cleaners, water heaters and fireplaces. We do service and maintenance on all makes of natural gas, propane, and electric furnaces as well as air conditioners and heat pumps. Give us a call if you want some advice or have a question to ask. Even though I couldn’t proceed with SR Gillis & Sons due to a prior commitment, I was thoroughly impressed by their outstanding customer service. They were professional, responsive, and reliable throughout my search for a hard-to-find part -which they had! I truly appreciate their effort and endorse their customer service.
Called this company today after 8 years in regard to my furnace warranty repaired they did in 2016. Same issue secondary heat module defective again. Sheryl was so great that she looked up in the system & called manufacturer Carrier about my issue. She called me back the same day & informed me that Carrier will cover parts & labour again. A/C repair. Office staff and service tech (I believe his name was David) were both pleasant and professional. David took the time to explain the issue to me so that I could understand it. It was over a long weekend they still managed to book me an appointment within a few days. I was billed what I was quoted. Office staff even went above & beyond & checked if the required part was still under warranty and managed to save me some money. Definitely recommend them & will use them again. Thank you very much.
