Roof workmanship great. A little trouble with communication. But once solved they were very willing to work out a reasonable payment plan for decking not covered by insurance
I've been working with S&R for the last 11months dealing with my hail damage claim. When you have their attention, they do a good job, such as my roof. I would happily give a higher rating, but the lack of communication and follow through with this company is very frustrating! Most of the workers do not speak English so correcting issues on the spot is extremely difficult, therefore you have to work directly with the owner who is so overwhelmed with work that he cannot complete projects in a timely manner.
