I recently purchased a condo and S & R Construction turned it into a modern miracle! I was so excited to find place in this area, but it needed some updates and S & R Construction took care of all of my needs. Thank you, Steve and team.
My realtor recommended your company as a contractor who could repair hail damage to the roof, windows, fence, etc. I was promised photos of undocumented damage to the windows and an estimate of all repairs after the inspection. My insurance company was able to obtain photos but I never received an estimate for repairs. Obviously you’re too busy for my business so I will find another contractor.
Greatest GC (general contractor) ever. Steve is a great person with great character and has the drive to provide solutions. Best people ever!
A little over a month ago Steve mentioned he would come out at 4 PM the following day to provide an estimate on our shed repair / replacement. He did not show up or have the courtesy to call me and let me know he was not coming out.
