I had a pleasure of meeting Frances and her helping me with all the questions I had. She was available at all hours and if for any reason she wouldn’t pick up she would make sure to call back asap. The other day I went in to make a payment, and as usual Erika Camacho helped me out. She is helpful, understanding, and always willing to assist me with a smile on her face. I always obtain the best customer service there. I will not hesitate in telling my friends about this company.
I must say, I had a wonderful experience and all the questions I had Frances was well managed and attentive, she made sure I was satisfied and understood all her answers. I must have drove her crazy but she kept her cool. That is hard to do, because I must say, sometimes I can be very demanding at times.
