Where do I start… the service was exceptional but I was most impressed with the service Frances provided to me. She made me feel excited with all her knowledge and enthusiasm. Frances is a natural with all the info she provided me. She makes all this info sound like something I am definitely looking forward to working with. I had a pleasure of meeting Frances and her helping me with all the questions I had. She was available at all hours and if for any reason she wouldn’t pick up she would make sure to call back asap. Frances had an incredible amount of information and she looks out for the best interest for you. She was soooo kind and with great energy ready to help always. I must say, I had a wonderful experience and all the questions I had Frances was well managed and attentive, she made sure I was satisfied and understood all her answers. I must have drove her crazy but she kept her cool. That is hard to do, because I must say, sometimes I can be very demanding at times.
