be aware I dropped the car off and I kept asking for estimate. Sham kept saying he was gonna get back to me. Later, I got a call from his little brother that the car was ready and I owed them $1700. I did insist they were required by law to give me estimate that I didn't authorize any of the repairs they did and ended up paying $1000 for parts, but it turned out that they charged me triple of the market price for all the parts. HANK INDIA STREET In all my days of having vehicles and using many shops for repair, SR Auto is the best one I have used. The guys there are very honest and do a wonderful job. My vehicles come back better then when i first got it. You do not have to haggle about prices as they are rite up front with the problem and explain it to you.If there were 10 stars I would give to them. One very happy customer.
Ms Sunflower A friend of mind brought me with my VW. I was skeptical at first since i always feel like i'm getting cheated at an auto repair shop... however these guys here were truthful and affordable, and work around your budget. I have not visited any other shop since. I recommended my family and friends.. even my boss! They were all very happy customers. If you want the truth and don't want to break the bank.. go there... I don't know about the guys across the street! Shady Shady!
Very efficient I had an emissions problem with my vehicle and it did not pass inspection. I brought it to SR and they fixed the problem and saved me the hassle of multiple trips to the Inspection Station by doing it right the first time.
Great Service! The turnaround time on my truck was absolutely awesome and there was absolutely no nonsense when it came to price and service. My truck runs better than ever, but if anything else ever went wrong with it, I'd definitely take it back to SR.
Great service I brought my car in for a paint job, and it looked great when I brought it back home. They did an excellent job concealing all the scratches I had collected over the years. I would highly recommend them.
Fast, affordable, no BS As an out-of-towner new to Brooklyn, I was impressed with my experience at S.R. Auto. I took my Subaru (>80k miles) to them after refusing service from a major "auto experts" chain. S.R. had my car back to me the next day with the problem fixed and for $200 less than I expected. They didn't even TRY to sell me unnecessary services. I know where I'll go for service next time. Thank you S.R.!
