We hired Austin's Painting for a series of projects on our house in Ventura. They replaced all the old termite-damaged wood siding with fire-resistant fiber-cement siding, repaired all the old and damaged wood rafters and fascia boards around the house, painted the entire outside of the house and pergola, repaired internal drywall damage, and painted the entire inside of the house. They power washed the exterior of the building to prep before painting. Our window has been broken in that process for months due to their worker’s negligence. They didn’t even bother to report it to us, and we only noticed it 2 months later when we removed our curtains to be washed. We weren’t able to immediately notice due to the fact we also have a thick vinyl that covers the left side to block the heat.
