Where do I begin... My company has been purchasing wholesale from SPR since 2010, SPR used to be extremely professional and competent, but since Genuine Parts sold SPR off, the customer service has really gone down the tubes. Pricing is terrible, I can buy the same things cheaper online than my so called dealer cost thru SPR. Orders are constantly shorted, or missing all together, Furniture goods arrives damaged constantly. Please bring back the old way of doing things!!!!!!
