This establishment changed locations and now has 5x the space they had previously. No stairs, wheel chair accessible and programs that help you stay healthy and fit. I challenge you to check it out in person. You won't regret it!
I broke my hip in April 2020. After 3 bouts of therapy, I still needed help getting out of most chairs. I decided to look for a personal trainer. I found an add for Simply Fit and called to set up a training session. Jerry set up a plan to work my legs, arms and core. I am very pleased I have now seen progress. As I improve, Jerry moves up the difficulty. I am 75 and never been in any kind of exercise program.
I’ve had many many personal trainers over the years. I’ve been working out for 35 years Sandy an Jerry are the best. I would recommend them to anybody that is looking to gain strength mobility agility balance.
