Worst move-in experience ever. The process was chaotic, unorganized, and stressful. Management was unhelpful and unresponsive, making everything more difficult. Condition of the apartment was not as promised. Overall, a terrible start. I do not recommend renting here.
This apartment was a nightmare. Poor communication, language barrier, and unresponsive management made everything frustrating. They never return calls, and I constantly had to chase them. The property manager does a lousy job—completely unprofessional. I wish I could give zero stars. Do not rent here!
