Called to make an appointment for my mother. Two weeks prior to the appointment, I called to verify in-network insurance. Was told by three different people her insurance was in-network. Just received a call (July 3rd at 3:30pm) saying her insurance is NOT in-network. Her appointment is Friday (JULY 5th at 8am). They just called a day before a holiday and the appointment is the day after at 8am. FOR TWO WEEKS, we have been calling trying to make sure everything is in order for our mother.
I absolutely love this practice! They have been so patient and helpful. Renue has gone above and beyond for me and my family!! She is amazing!
