they dont care about people. all they care is about the sale. we were there Saturday. offered a down payment to hold an rv and they said they didnt need it, but would work with us first thing Monday. this morning another salesrep sold the Rv knowing we were buying. shame on you Cetan. you gave us your word. we were prepared to pay full price. guess you dont need our business.
I purchased a 1989 RV from them and less than 300 miles, it ran out of oil. I was told that everything worked, it had been thoroughly gone over by their mechanic, and "Of all the RVs on the lot - (the salesman) wouldn't hesitate in loading in the wife and kids and heading to Orlando." I had a mechanic look at the RV and he told me it would never have made it. I now have a $9000 paperweight in my driveway and no path to getting it repaired.

We were referred to S&M Wheelestate Sales for service when having RV issues upon arriving at Seymour Johnson AFB Fam-Camp. While RVing the past 11 years, we have had a number of problems in our travels and have had to visit a number of RV service centers. S&M was a godsend. I have to say working with these guys have been a great pleasure. There was no sales pressure while looking for a camper, we found the perfect camper it was ordered and delivered earlier than expected.
