A bright spot within a difficult home build.
Gregory came out and did a wonderful job repairing our gutters that were damaged due to ice build up.
We are so disappointed. We had a great experience initially and couldn't wait to recommend S&M to all of our neighbors. But we noticed a problem with the way a portion of our new gutters were installed and contacted Gregory to report the issue. And now - 4 or 5 calls, texts, emails later with no response - we are at a loss. We're going to have to call another company in to fix the problem to avoid damage to our house and have no recourse to recoup additional costs. Truly - so, so disappointed.
I am so glad that I contacted S & M Seamless Gutters for an estimate about replacing my gutters. Greg came out and showed me some things that the bigger companies in the area were unable to find. His workmanship was impeccable and I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a company that is knowledgeable and also economical. Too bad I did not know about them earlier. So if you need gutters or repairs done, do not hesitate in calling S & M Seamless Gutters.
I couldn't even get these people to give me an estimate. They were unfriendly on the phone and didn't even listen to what I was saying. I felt like I was bothering them. (If you don't have time to talk to a potential customer, I suggest that you don't even answer the phone.) They insisted that someone else needed to give them information about my project even when I explained that was not the case. There are other service providers of seamless gutters and I will go somewhere else.
