Steve put a new roof on my (ancient) barn last summer. It was a dangerous job because of the weakened wooden structure; and the fact that it was over a hundred degrees outside that day. He did an excellent job, replacing just what needed replacing and never once asking me to do more than what I needed or expected. I had a leak over my garage and I called Steve to take a look at it. He told me exactly what caused the leak and potential future problems due to builder errors. His rate was extremely reasonable compared to other quotes for the same repair. I will definitely call him again if I have anymore roof problems.
