After Memorial Day 2026, we made 6 trips to the hospital via ambulance from my home in Picayune on behalf of my autistic, low communicative son. The last trip to ER at Forrest General resulted in a visit from Dr Borganelli, somehow and by the grace of Almighty God. He was the doctor we needed. For us the decision between life vest versus ICD implant was major and Dr Borganelli gave us time to do what we believed to be in my son's best interest. Dr. Borganelli is an excellent cardiologist. He explains procedures and conditions in lay terms that ahat are both informative and helpful. He is relatable, and takes time to listen to your symptoms and build the best care plan for you.
This is one great man and MD, I really don’t have the words to say how much he has done for me, JESUS has definitely blessed him with a steady hand
My husband was airlifted to Forrest general in Hattisburg last Friday and we were assigned to this practice. We did not get to meet Dr. Borganelli till the day of the surgery. He came into work at 6:30 in the morning and was not told about my husband until 10 AM. He had a full day scheduled But stayed after to perform a two hour surgery on my husband and did not finish up until approximately 8:30 PM.
