Mike at S & M flooring installed vinyl plank flooring in 2021 at my 2 bedroom home in Seminole , Fl. In 9 months , an edge broke off and I called S & M flooring and asked for Mike. No return call . I continued to call and still no answer . I have left over 16 messages with no response. Now there are six planks with edge damage ( shown below) and I tried calling again and was happy when Mike finally answered. I told him that I’d been calling him for years with no response . We were in a bind as our plans fell through because of HOA requirements and needed someone fast. I went on Anji and saw S&M, took a chance and Mike called within five minutes. He was professional and honest and his crew were too. They did a beautiful job of putting down a soundproofing underlayment and new flooring throughout our condo. They even hauled away the old floors and pricing was very fair too. They left the condo clean and we're responsible and respectful. We highly recommend Mike and his crew at S&M Hardwood
