This has been an all time bad experience. I spoke to someone very qualified and knowledgeable that I was referred to. He helped me set up my policy, and then handed me off to an account manager. Samantha routinely does not return calls when she says she will, and forgets to get quotes requested from her. This has happened more than once. She lacks the knowledge, expertise, and follow through to be an accountant manager. This agency has lost my business.
I would highly recommend the good people at Nusbaum Insurance ... specifically, Michael and Jen - they are true professionals and great at what they do.
