Checked Availability of a car for sale and was told it was available. Drove almost an hour to see it and was told it was being detailed and I could come back another time.
I got a decent truck from them, however they covered up or ignored a needed repair (hub & wheel bearing--$650 2 weeks after buying it). They lied about circumstances concerning the trade. I would definitely question their honesty more than other dealers around.
Working with Kendrik Larsen was a very pleasant experience. Kendrik was thorough and followed up with me to make sure that all of our questions were answered. When it's time for my next vehicle I will definitely reach out to Kendrik!
I wasn’t in the market for a car, but it happens! Kendrik was so helpful and accommodating, he knew what I was looking at and had it all ready for me. The internet went down so I got to take my new car home for an extended “test drive”! When everything was ready later, Don helped me through the financing and badda bing, I have a new car! Everyone there was top notch. I normally loathe car shopping, but the whole experience was so smooth! Very impressed, thank you!
Definitely would recommend. Once again made an appointment online and was in for service within a couple days. Oh and a wash thanks to Wanda. Excellent visit, quick service. Excellent informative service. Excellent experience buying my new Ram. I was in there about 10 am and went back about 2 pm to sign paperwork and drive my new Ram home about 3 after the orientation of options and controls.
