They were on time and said they checked for leaks in my hvac system. I was told there were no leaks and my Freon was completely empty. They, then, preceded to fill it and charge me for diagnostics and a full Freon refill ($360). My coils on the inside unit began freezing up after a week and stopped blowing cold air eventually. An obvious sign of a leak so I called them back to have them look at it again. They stood me up two different days then stopped answering my calls. I had furnace done by these guys four months ago. They seem to do a good job getting that going so I thought I'd let them get my AC unit going a weeks ago. They refilled freon and hooked up the outside unit. Never came inside to do anything besides to collect the money. I was suppose to get my coils cleaned and realized that soon after they left "5" minutes later. So I called them to come back. Said they would come back and never did. Called them today "week later" and they told me it will be a week. Now my AC is leaking wat... read more
