Called the used car lot spoke to a salesman and told him that I will be coming in tomorrow with $14,000 Cash to pick up a 2016 BMW, he promised to hold the car so next day we take the 2 hour drive to find out that this looser of a salesman let the car be sold and did not even have the courtesy to call us and let me know.
