Watch out! They said they were going to refund the rent they charged me and in doing to they deducted a fee for cleaning. I had the unit cleaned at move out and now they won’t answer my calls or emails. I am in shock that a business can withhold your money and not even call you back. DO NOT allow this to happen to you!
It's a nice storage unit, but after having my stuff in there a few months when I went back to get some stuff out of unit there must of been a leak in the roof of the storage unit itself cause now I have wet boxes along with mildew on my mattress, futon and my electric fireplace. I feel they need to fix this unit and also reimburse me to either get the mattress and futon professional cleaned. Smh
