Lived here for two years now and this is my first place after moving from my parents house. I absolutely love it. Also being a minority I don’t feel any weirdness or odd feeling i’m very at peace and feel super safe. They haven’t raised rent on me yet despite the whole inflation nonsense going on and anytime I need maintenance which is hardly ever they are very responsive and helpful. Rent goes up every renewal…in 4 years my rent went from 675 to 800 same apartment…#moneyhungy
They don’t respond to maintenance requests. Can’t get the outlets fixed, bugs coming in. Shelves broken. Poor maintenance
