Absolutely terrible company. Zero management, zero professionalism, and no basic manners. The manager does not know how to speak to people, and the office staff are just as rude and unprofessional This company openly exploits carers. They send carers on “induction” for 7 days, working around 10 hours a day, take full work from them, charge the family, and then refuse to pay the carer by claiming it is induction. Scam Alert - Avoid Joining This Care Company I joined and was immediately told I had to complete a 5-day unpaid induction. Desperate for work, I agreed. They also charged £75 for a DBS check but never provided it. After the unpaid induction (3-4 hours daily), they gave me very few paid hours.
