I almost never give reviews publicly, I choose to stay silent and not speak up on bad service. This time because I almost lost our beloved doggie, I felt it important to speak up this time. The window cleaning was good enough but they left both of our gates opened in our backyard and our small (poodle) dog got out and was found across the street in a neighbors yard. Have been using S&J for several years. We have a complicated three story old home in Midtown Sacramento. They do our gutters and downspouts, pressure wash our deck, clean our exterior windows and sills. I do not ask for a quote anymore. It is just too complicadted. They get it done and charge fairly. No messing around.

Have been using S&J for several years. We have a complicated three story old home in Midtown Sacramento. It is just too complicated and they charge fairly, in my opinion, when the work is done. They get it done. No messing around. My recommendation would be to bring them in for a trial and see how it works out. Then just go with it when you need them.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company was very frustrating and I feel other customers should be aware of it. The only reason I gave this company another opportunity was because of the positive relationship I had years ago with their grandmother, Mary. She was always honest, professional, and respectful. We have used S & J for years to do our windows and have always been happy with the people and results. This is a shout out to Tom, who did a fabulous job power washing our large wooden deck. It looks like new, and he took such good care of moving our pots and furniture. We are so impressed!
