My doctor ordered a special mixed pharmacutical that had to be done at this pharmacy. I went in; not one person in the pharmacy. I was not greeted at all. I went to desk and assistance just looked at me. I explained my doctor had ordered meds. She looked it up. I waited for it to be filled. Then as I sat there she looked over and pointed to the check out desk. I went there to check out. Drug had not been mixed correctly so they fixed that. I checked out. Best phaacy in town friendly staff
Order a compound through Springtown pharmacy my local pharmacy that I love , they sent it to s&j . My Rx came up seven days short of due date , when I called to inquire they just said they actually overfill it and then it shouldn’t be short. If this were an insurance billed refill it would be denied because it’s too soon. I’m gonna give them one refill, but after that, I’m gonna change pharmacies. Wasn’t at all happy with the care of their team.
