Had a problem with my HVAC unit they said they had an expert to come out and take a look at it expert said I needed $1400 worth of parts to fix the unit after waiting for parts to come in replace the parts and have the same problem because the unit was old decided to buy a new unit they gave me a quote of $3000 more Than another competitor gave me decided to go with the competitor. I hate writing a bad review but having 3 quotes speaks for itself. Got a quote from Kowalski for new propane furnace install at $8100, called and got 2 other quotes for same furnace $3200 and $2800. Well got my new furnace installed and I get you need to make money but the furnace itself wasn't that expensive. Its also not a huge labor job for hot air propane furnace. The company I used was done in under 1 hour. Glad I saved myself $5300. I could even install a 2nd furnace with this company and still be less money. Sorry but... read more

The workers did a wonderful job, very efficient in difficult circumstances such as old row home and rain. They were very respectful and kept us informed at all times what they were doing and the problems they encountered. Couldn't ask for a better job done.
