Technichian geno came to our house to fix a busted hot water pipe and I have to say how great I think geno is and how quick he got the job done and how he knew his job very well and I also have to give S.J Kowalski a five star rating for getting a technician to my house in such a quick time in an emergency they are great and will have my business forever

SJKowalski never disappoints. Their customer service is exceptional. Our technician Nate, communicated clearly with us and was responsive and prompt. Kowalski provides old-fashioned, people friendly customer service. Huge thanks to Nate for coming out in the single digits to help us out!!!
