They have excellent attention to detail...From my first interaction with Jacob for the estimate, through the quick (less than two-day) installation by Jimmy, Brandon, & Billy - everyone kept me well informed on what to expect, and they followed through with a job well done. The three fellows that installed our units were respectful,hard workers, and very capable of challenges. I called the office to tell management they must handpick their employees ,as if they were working in their own homes. So polite and thoughtful!!!, Thank you

Guy came out and we spent probably 30 minutes walking system and talking all the options and fancy thermostat. Week has passed now and they never sent quote. I even called after the weekend to ask for it and still nothing. Extremely poor customer experience.

Very professional and knowledgeable. My technicians did a very good job at installing my tri zone mini split system. I highly recommend using kowalski for your hvac needs!
