I went in to purchase a necklace for my wife. Derrick helped me and I left with a necklace, bracelet and a beautiful pair of earrings. He surprised me with giving me a discount on the necklace which I didn't expect at all. Everyone in there was so welcoming that I look forward to returning. I'll definitely be back.

We walked into SJ for the first time in 2004 to select our wedding jewelry, and we've remained loyal customers ever since! Whether it's routine cleaning, appraisals, repairs, or new purchases, we know we'll get the best service and quality in Rochester. They took my design idea and, using my own pieces, created a brand new ring for our 15th anniversary vow renewal. It's unique and special, and I absolutely treasure it. Their team is wonderful to work with! A local treasure.

I went in about 3 weeks ago to have them put a new stone and setting on my wife's ring for our 20th anniversary. It was a tight time line but they promised it would be done on time. Peggy and the entire staff knocked it out of the park. What an amazing crew to work with. Very highly recommended.

I have no idea why they took all detailed info to design my Cad for custom ring and NEVER got back to me. I actually waited since they are local business, I thought it’d be nice to support them.. Over two weeks and had to go elsewhere. My general takeaway from their vibe is maybe if you don’t look like them (social class/age group/race) this store is not for you. I took my business elsewhere and I was able to get the CAD in 2 or 3 days.
