I’ve lived here for my entire life and I can ensure you not to waste your time. My building has had problem with hot water since I was an infant and they always claim to “fix” it but yet the same issue persists. There is no reason why only one person can take a hot shower and have to wait hours until the hot water returns for the next person to be able to do that. Worst experience of my life. I moved in one of their building (in the Bronx), 8 months ago. After 3 months a person went in the middle of the night outside my door, trying to fight me. After few weeks the security man opened the door of my apartment without authorization (I was inside). Many times there is not hot water and the furnitures are very cheap!
