I’ve lived here for my entire life and I can ensure you not to waste your time. My building has had problem with hot water since I was an infant and they always claim to “fix” it but yet the same issue persists. There is no reason why only one person can take a hot shower and have to wait hours until the hot water returns for the next person to be able to do that.
