I have had 2 cars with issues in the past 2 months. Sean is a great communicator. He gets the job done and he works with his customers! I more than highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get work done to their car. He also usually tries to get it done within the day if its possible with the fix you are looking at.
While making phone calls, to several different shops, asking questions about Freon and AC related questions, I called S&J and spoke with Shawn. He told me every step, and in what order, he would make repairs to my car's AC. The following day, with my husband in tow, we drove to the shop, spoke with Shawn, in person, and then waited in their waiting area, while he did what was necessary to get it all back together, and get us on our way. 4 days ago my car started breaking down with my son in the car, it literally broke down in his shops drive way. As a single mom I was bawling scared it was my transmission. The owner walked out, glock on his hip, told me to quit crying and immediately started working on my car for an hour. I needed new coil packs, spark plugs, there was oil in places it shouldn't be and he got my car to where I could atleast drive it until I had the money to fix it.
