Dont let Margeret touch your tax return!!!!!! She takes months to finalize, wont return calls, emails, or text messages. And she did my return wrong a few times. Put my husbands income in my name/ssn. Bad experience from her overall. She would reply things like " I have been really sick, as soon as I am better I will reach out" then weeks/months later no reply and I run in to her in the city and she did not look ill.

I've been going to S&H in Prunedale ever since they opened. I tried the UPS in Safeway once & their customer treatment is terrible. S&H WAS so much better in person. But last wk I went there & it was locked up tight. You could see through the doors the place had been stripped of furniture & everything. There was NO SIGN or explanation on the door. But when you call their number it says they're still open. If they moved they don't say where. When you call their other number in Salinas it goes to a voicemail box. No idea what'... read more
