I have used S. Griffith for a number of years...10+. They are great. No issues with pests, mice etc. Antonio is the best. Polite, courteous, professional and knows his business. Proactively treats areas, calls night before to confirm appt (even if a Sunday night), always on time having set the appt three months ahead. Highly recommend.

If they try to get you to sign an agreement, do not sign it!! Update to Company response: I have not lived at that property in over 6 years, and I am not paying for work that was done for someone else. I notified your Company in 2018 that we were moving and I have never even received an invoice to pay. They are using the personal information I provided when signing their agreement to negatively impact my credit.
