If they try to get you to sign an agreement, do not sign it!! Update to Company response: I have not lived at that property in over 6 years, and I am not paying for work that was done for someone else. I notified your Company in 2018 that we were moving and I have never even received an invoice to pay. They are using the personal information I provided when signing their agreement to negatively impact my credit.
Jeremy showed up an hour late this morning to treat my house due to a scheduling mistake but he got the job done. He apologized and it was ok. Very professional and courteous. I think all the bugs are gone or at least I hope they are!
So I gave my info on the website and explained my situation. They never called me. So my dad called them 3 days ago and they called him back the next day. Said someone would call him Monday. Nobody called Monday. So my dad again called and left a message because nobody answered. Either they’re super busy or they don’t like to make money. Hopefully we’ll get a call tomorrow to set something up for this week!
