My first time here is fantastic. When I park my car, I saw SF Express logo and a sign arrow Main Entrance but the door is locked inside. A gentleman opened the door for me after I knocked it and SF Express office inside. Irish welcomes me and help me going through every step to ship my papers. The service is five star and the shipping price maybe one third of FedEx or half of USPS and Irish told me it may take 5-7 days to my destination. Highly recommend this shipping company.
Unable to make contact
Bought something on Amazon shipping got delayed to 4 days back don’t even know if I will get the package based off reviews I looked at the shipping it said shipping with SF Express
Note: the review below is for the service 2 years ago. Shipment experience has changed since Covid. I'll share my experience with this carrier. The location is a bit tricky to find, but the lady who helped me was very friendly. I wanted to ship some dietary supplements. She let me know that if I ship 5-10 bottles or more, the custom of China may charge tax. It's normal and applies to all carriers.
