I too had money taken from my car. I left some money under the floor mat on the driver side of my car. I watched as the people began to vacuum my car before i went inside. The same person who vacuum the drivers side drove my car into the washer. NO OTHER PERSON enter my car until it came out of the washer. I watch as the person drove my car out to dry it out. They destroyed my convertible top. When I went to the owner he told me it was the operation of the top and to go away before he sued me!
THESE POS DAMGED MY 20IN WHEELS. AND WHEN I WENT BACK INSTEAD ALL THEY HAD TO SAY WAS IT WASNT OUR DOING. A very expensive pair of dealership issued headphones was stolen from my car here. The manager's (Howard) response was "None of my people would steal from a car". Which basically suggested I was a liar. He in no way tried to keep my business by offering me anything for the loss, not even a couple free washes, which would've satisfied my issue. My wife and I took her car to get washed since 610 is no longer open. The service was horrible. The employees are lazy. They did not open down I the inside. The outside still looked dirty. Plus on top of all that they stole money that was left in the cup holder. I guess they need that dollar more than we did. Will never go back.
