I like Elias. She is a great doctor and works with meThis would be 4 or 5 star but the RECEPTIONIST is intolerable and extremely rude. Not only discusses patients info very loudly so everyone waiting can hear but she DOES NOT let you talk whatsoever. I just hung up one her. Absolutely cannot handle that woman. This isn’t a. One off today. I’ve just reached my limit with this woman.
The receptionist absolutely needs to be fired. I have been a client of this office for a while and Dr. Elias needs to be aware the receptionist doesn't do her job. If anyone can explain how a caller can be Left on hold for 2x at 20 minutes and 3 x summing up to 10 minutes total in those 3 calls and not speak to anyone because she constantly places them on hold, every time! Receptionist is very unprofessional and rude. She will talk over you when you are speaking. I always have to call several times to get through to the receptionist as she either never answers during office hours and or puts you on hold for 15 to 20 minutes at a time. Dr Elias you need to find a new receptionist. I was told by the receptionist of one of my specialist doctors that Dr. Elias receptionist was not doing her job as she had to follow up with her several times for a simple request of information on my file. I don't even know where to begin with this Clinic. Wait times are absolutely despicable. She overbooks her patience and hopes of cancellations and no shows. Every single time I had an appointment with this woman she dismissed every single issue/problem I went to her for. Thankfully I got a new doctor. I recommend every single patient to this doctor do the same. This lady is doing nothing for her patients.
