Had a new AC, heater and water tank fitted in 2012 with 5-yr warranty costing over $10,000. First the wiring melted inside the unit (which could of caused a house fire). They did come out to fix (72 hours later), however upon fixing I received a bill from BGE for $700. It was a cold winter so thought 'jeez' ....however in December and January I received a bill for 1040 and $1,200! BGE inspected my house and could not find a fault.
