Have not had my vehicle worked on here BUT they took the time of the day today to talk me through and look for a part thats not very common among shops like Oreillys or Autozone, seemed genuinely concerned and asked frequent questions about why I think it may be one thing or another. I thought I was doing a good thing taking my car to Magic Auto on 2800 N Portland in OKC, but they did a crappy job putting on my new CV axle and front passenger wheel bearing. My parents use Rob and Westin, so that’s where we towed my car when my whole car seized up because of the wheel bearing. Rob is only 22, but he has a ton of life experience and knowledge—he is a BOSS. This guy is seriously going to hit it big in life. These guys had my car fixed and running in less than a day and I will use them from now on.
Good people and they did a good job with my car
Great shop, needed a transmission fluid flush and filter change and it was done same day in a couple of hours. They took the extra time to diagnose a rattling noise on my vehicle at no charge and billed half the price for the work that a specialty BMW shop quoted me. Very happy with their service.
