My sister bought a Toyota highlander 7 months ago from this place (she's a single mom of three) coming home to Big Bear, with no warning the differential broke in half and caused a horrible accident on July 8, 2016. MY NIECE DIED AS A RESULT OF THIS ACCIDENT. There is a mechanic on the premises of this dealer ship, there should be NO reason for a car to be sold with a major issue like this. Keep your family safe and do not buy from them!

Me and my husband bought our first small car here , we were so excited . We took it to Vegas and it left us stranded . The people at the so called dealer lied to my husband . They lied to us and we caught it . I advise you to stay away , this is something no one should go thru . Now we have to call of work to go get it checked by S & E this car has been nothing but problems. I can't belive this is legal to do to your customers.

These jokers will scam you, steal your money, and some how repossess your vehicle, yet still expect more money!!!!! Absolutely not!!!!! I have taken full legal action against this dishonest dump. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS with these lying, cheating, stealing, unworthy, unprofessional, pig headed individuals!!!!! THEY WILL SCAM YOUR MONEY!!!!!
