I'm an insurance driver that is giving a man that lives there a ride.. his phone does not have voicemail, So I called the place of business, but THEIR phone doesn't work. WHAT? It says it's out of order, if you're a professional business, you should not have a phone that's out of order.
ZERO STARS! They won't let me leave zero stars here. I don't even want to give them one star. We left our Mother in the care of these people and we are very happy she isn't there any more. The temperature in her room was 79 and they wouldn't turn on the AC. If she didn't finish her food for lunch they gave it to her again for dinner. They were not in any hurry to help her on and off the commode. They were reported to the state and isolated her from the other residents when they believed it was her family that reported them. ... read more
