Just joined for primary care a couple months ago, have been calling their office for 3 days because I tested positive for COVID and needed either a telemedicine appointment or in person appointment as soon as possible to get retested, care and to get a note that was mandatory for my work. Had to call back each day and go no response, I finally got a call back Friday evening near closing hours that the doctor could not provide me with any telemedicine appointments and would not be able to see me until Monday.
