I would assume they are closed? Communication for services paid for but not received was limited until the two employees (who would eventually respond) sent back automated messages that they no longer worked there. The principle has never responded to an email or phone call. They did a great job for years.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a fraud. They took my money and promised to have the services completed within 48 hours. I have made no less than 15 attempts via email/phone/text over the last 12 days in order to get a hold of them. I have been completely ghosted.
Good for helping people start a business.
A complex process (by IRS standards) - simplified by SD Cooper. People are available to speak about process and assist with your needs. I did this in 2013 and now have a very successful business that will provide for many years of great income. I could NOT have done this without their strong knowledge AND continued support!
