Was a good place to go and examine my issues, build skills and coping strategies, and figure out what steps to take to address my mental health. Activities and groups relieved the stress involved in sorting out my psychiatric and substance use issues. When I had a SUD relapse after 3 weeks, I was referred to inpatient treatment and welcomed to return when appropriate.
