Serge couldn't do a proper load calculation on my multifamily building. He also lied to me initially about submitting his load calculation to the local ESA inspector to verify when he did no such thing. Later on, it turns out, when he finally did submit his calcs to the ESA inspector, inspector said his calculation was wrong and we had to do a service upgrade at that point.
